I. Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc

• Leadership and management of AIC’s activities under supervisor of TM and Head of Aqua BU
• Directly oversee lab technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to lab staffs based on skillsets and priorities
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure prompt reporting of urgent or unforeseen issues in daily operations to the Manager for timely resolution and decision-making.
• Manage Professional Activities under supervisor of Manager and Head of Aqua BU.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of the lab’s testing processes
• Stay informed on testing protocols, customer needs, and industry standards to align the lab's services accordingly.
• Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and identify improvement areas for lab services.
• Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest diagnostic and testing methods.
• Oversee the stock and consumption of lab equipment and chemicals.
• Regularly audit inventory to maintain availability and efficiency.
• Support in Other Duties
• Assist other teams and working closely to MKT team to introduce AIC’s image to customers
• Checking the monthly reports on lab activities, progress, and areas for improvement before sending to TM.
  
  

II. REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor's degree in aquaculture, aquatic animal health, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years at Leader/ Team Manager position
• At least 5 years of experience in laboratory activities.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and methods in microbiology, PCR, and RT-PCR techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  
  

III. WORKPLACE & WORK TIME/ THỜI GIAN VÀ NƠI LÀM VIỆC

• Work time: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Saturday), off 2 Saturdays a month
• Workplace: Bac Lieu 130B/4 Trần Phú street, ward 7, Bac Lieu province
