1. Business Partnering
• Serve as a trusted HRBP Specialist to assigned business units, providing HR advice and operational support.
• Implement Group and local HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company culture.
• Act as the HR contact point and support HR tools, initiatives, and change projects.
• Partner with HR specialists in C&B, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

- University degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 - 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in multinational organizations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
